Form Communal are delighted to announce that we have won not one, but two of the 2016 Best Business Awards for Best Customer Focus, and Best Innovation.
The Judges described our commitment to moving the business forward as a real strength. They said:
“Owner Nick Mould spotted a gap in the market about 10 years ago and by focusing on service and innovation, he has created a highly successful business. The company has embraced technology and has even developed an app for staff and residents, which save times and money. Form Communal has taken property maintenance and repairs into the 21st century and given it a fresh new image.”
“Nick has developed a highly successful business by creating an ethos of working to high standards and going the extra mile for customers. Staff are trained to provide a friendly service, act in a professional way at all times, be punctual, do additional work without being asked and take a pride in keeping communal areas in residential properties looking their best. Congratulations to Form Communal for turning property maintenance into a profession.”
The announcement of these awards is a real vindication for everyone at Form Communal, given that before the release of the app (which is free to download from the App Store & Play Store), we were already using a number of communication tools to make our service as efficient as possible.
“The part of the app that sets us apart from the competition is that it is available for residents and clients to use too. We identified a need for a piece of software which could not only be used as a communication tool for our staff, but also for our clients.”
The Best Business Awards are one of the UK’s highest profile awards and our success early in 2016 shows how Form Communal is committed to continual improvement. The Best Business Awards attract a wide range of entries from across all sectors from large international PLCs and public sector organisations to dynamic and innovative SMEs. To win in two notoriously tough categories is fantastic and we look forward to more success throughout the year.
