Here at Form Communal, we are seeking to recruit for a mobile cover cleaner team. The role will involve provided internal cleaning services in residential apartment blocks across our portfolio.

Given that the role will be working as part of a team, we are looking at both individual applications to form a team and already established teams to apply.

Due to the fast paced nature of our company, you will be cleaning various sites per day, in and around the northwest. A company car will be provided for use during working hours for travel to and from sites.

All of our cleaners are provided with the full range of equipment and cleaning materials required.

Working hours are from 7.00-3.30 Monday to Friday,

Experience in Communal cleaning would be advantageous.

For the successful candidate, an immediate start is available.

Grounds Team Leader – Northwich

Job description
Here at Form Communal, we are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team leader. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in grounds maintenance or gardening, but general landscaping experience is also desirable. We are looking to add a full-time member to our team, who is looking for long-term employment, along with plenty of opportunities for personal progression and training. The role would be best suited to highly motivated individuals who have strong problem-solving capabilities, enjoy working outside in all weather and take pride in their work.

General duties will include all aspects of garden Maintenance and gardening in season, various landscaping tasks such as fencing, flagging and a large array of odd jobs through winter. The position requires the individual to be comfortable working in both teams and individually, and be confident in applying their skills to an allocated gardening round which they will be in charge of.

Full UK Driving License Required

Multi skilled Commercial Maintenance Operative

We have an excellent job opportunity for a Maintenance Operative who is multi-skilled in an array of maintenance work. Excellent skills in joinery work, lock repairs, painting/decorating, fencing, small plumbing work and possibly electrical.

You will join our expanding busy maintenance team looking after the communal areas of apartment blocks and end of tenancy works throughout the northwest

Work to include;

Carry out refurbishment to residential apartments developments, general reactive maintenance and building works to various sites across the northwest.

Work in accordance with all relevant Health & Safety Legislation and be willing to further develop on Health & Safety knowledge

Use of live maintenance online scheduling system to view works required and update when jobs are finished.

A willingness to pick things up quickly and be able to work well with team members or competently on your own is required.

Working full-time 5 days per week – Overtime at Weekends is available and in the week.

We have a bonus referral scheme where a bonus will be paid for new jobs found whilst on sites and reported.

You will be provided with the following:-

An appropriate commercial vehicle, which includes servicing, tyres and fuel (card to be provided). The vehicle will be wrapped with the company logo and therefore consideration should be applied when using this vehicle at all times.

Cleaner (Part-Time & Full-Time) – Manchester

Job description
Here at Form Communal, we currently have a vacancy for both Part-time and Full-time cleaners in the Manchester area. The role is to provide communal cleaning inside a variety of prestigious apartment block. Hours and location to suit the correct applicant. Monday to Friday – 8 to 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail. Any previous cleaning experience will be advantageous but not essential.

Duties to included Hoovering, Dusting, Mopping and all other generalised cleaning tasks.

All cleaning products, PPE and training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
